"Alex called me during negotiations and said the buyer had come up on their offer $5k which was still $10k less than asking. We decided that I would come down an additional $1k from the $4k we had already come down from asking. The next call started off with Alex saying that he doesn't always do what his client asks and he had told them that we weren't coming down more than the original $4k. Of course I got a pit in my stomach but than he said these words "so, they are writing up the paperwork right now, congrats you just sold your house!" What a great negotiator! Very happy!!!"
